Rosachiara is made from a subtle blend of two well known indigenous Sicilian grape varieties: Nero d’Avola and Frappato. This combination produces a vibrant coloured rosè imbued with fresh floral notes coupled with the mellow flavours of strawberries and peaches. The perfect balance is appreciated on the palate of tannins and acidity which gives it freshness and pleasure.

We reccomend pairing with raw fish, pasta with vongole and sushi.
