POGGIO DI BORTOLONE owms 4000 cultivated olive trees on the estate and it is the result of a careful selection of olives of the varieties: Tonda Iblea, Nocellara Messinese and Nocellara Etnea.

Excellent raw on grilled fish, grilled vegetables, soft cheeses and beef carpaccio.
The olives are harvested at the right degree of ripeness then cold pressed on the same day of the harvest preserving the oil the delicate aromas and flavours that olives derive from the sun and from the land of Sicily.
